MouldFlo creates a digital twin of the mould’s thermal behavior. By capturing baseline data on the TestRig Connect and comparing it to real-time data from the Manifold Connect during production, you can monitor the “health” of the cooling circuit and predict maintenance needs before they impact quality.
Yes. Because MouldFlo is machine-agnostic and utilizes standardized communication protocols like OPC UA and Euromap 82.1, the data structure is identical regardless of the site’s location or machine brand. This allows for global process and standard alignment and centralized data oversight via MouldLive. A possibility which will place a Medical Device Manufacturer in charge of defining its own standards instead of potentially outsourcing to a Contract Manufacturing Organization.
