While it was our first platform, the Manifold Original is far from “legacy” when it comes to data. It is a fully integrated member of the modern MouldFlo ecosystem.

Yes. The Manifold Original is up to date digitally thanks to the MouldFlo Connect controller which fully supports OPC UA and Euromap 82.1. This allows you to integrate a decade-tested hardware platform into the most modern smart factory environments.
While both utilize Vortex sensors and offer vendor-neutral monitoring, the Manifold Original features a 2 mm stainless steel housing with brass fittings and is optimized for cost-efficient, standard applications. The Manifold Connect is specifically engineered for high-requirement MedTech environments with 3 mm stainless steel and enhanced sensor placement for easier calibration.
Absolutely. The Manifold Original provides individual monitoring for flow, pressure and temperature on every return channel in 4, 8, or 12-zone configurations, ensuring full transparency into your mould’s thermal performance.
