The monitor utilizes Power over Ethernet (PoE), meaning both power and data are delivered through a single Ethernet cable connected to your local network or directly to the MouldFlo Connect controller. This simplifies the architecture for application engineers and reduces installation complexity.
While the monitor is used for real-time visualization and alarm response, it acts as a window into the MouldFlo Connect system, which logs the traceable data required for MDR, FDA and ISO 13485 audits. It ensures that operators are running the process within the validated parameters established during IQ/OQ.
